This system is formulated to solve common problems in schools and to automate manual processes. Though the system is focused mainly on automating class records, it also extends other functionalities that schools need such as admission, registration, assessment, enrollment, sectioning, class scheduling, subject teacher/advisory class assignment, attendance/tardiness recording, anecdotal records, different DepEd forms e.g. Form 1, Form 18, Form 137 (Transcript), Form 138 (Report Card), etc. CSMART also adapts to your current rules in terms of computations, conduct ratings, school policies, attaining honors, determining Probi, enrollment procedure, etc.
Centralized School Management and Recording Tool (CSMART) handles electronic records of students, from raw scores to final grades. It generates different school forms needed for the Department of Education (DepEd), report cards, and transcripts of records.
