We are looking for a Lead Generation Associate to join our team and advance in lead generation associate careers. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, researching and targeting potential clients, generating leads, and nurturing relationships with prospects.
➤ Research and identify potential leads through various channels.
➤ Qualify and contact leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication methods.
➤ Develop and maintain a database of leads and prospects for future reference.
➤ Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead-generation strategies.
➤ Analyze and report on lead generation metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
➤ Provide exceptional customer service to prospects and clients.
➤ Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines.
➤ Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
➤ At least 2 years experience in lead generation and sales
➤ Proven track record of successful lead generation and sales
➤ Experience in developing and implementing lead generation strategies
➤ Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
➤ Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
➤ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
➤ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
➤ Strong organizational and time management skills
➤ Proficiency in using lead generation tools and software like Google Suite and HubSpot (or anything similar)
➤ Ability to work on the graveyard shift, full time, Monday through Friday
➤ A positive and enthusiastic attitude
➤ Mature, reliable, and has a high sense of accountability and integrity at work
➤ Amenable to start ASAP
