We are looking for an IT PROJECT MANAGER responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing a company or client’s technical projects.
The main duties include coordinating production releases and roll-outs, delegating tasks to the necessary employees, and presenting on projects’ progress and results. You will oversee all aspects of the projects in the company including managing a team of employees to ensure projects are completed on time and within their specified budgets.

➤ Setting project goals and coming up with plans to meet those goals
➤ Maintaining project timeframes, budgeting estimates, and status reports
➤ Managing resources for projects, such as computer equipment and employees
➤ Coordinating project team members and developing schedules and individual responsibilities
➤ Implementing IT strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget
➤ Using project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence
➤ Conducting risk assessments for projects
➤ Organizing meetings to discuss project goals and progress
➤ At least 2+ years of experience performing Project Management role in an IT work environment
➤ Comfortable working with offshore clients managing multiple tasks
➤ Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with team members and management and explain technical issues
➤ Advanced computer skills and in-depth knowledge of different operating systems, network administration, IT, software solutions, and service desk administration
➤ Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices
➤ Project management and leadership skills for managing projects and the teams involved with them
➤ Analytical and problem-solving skills to handle any issues that occur during project completion
➤ Organization and time management skills to keep projects on track and within budget
➤ Excellent resource planning and task scheduling skills
➤ Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
➤ Mature, reliable, and has a high sense of accountability and integrity at work
➤ Flexible to work on any shift, Monday through Friday
