Offer: Employment will start on a trial project basis for the first month at Php 18,000 per month. Upon successful performance, the candidate will enter a probationary period, followed by a regular employment offer with a salary of Php 30,000 per month plus eligibility for employee benefits
Contract Duration: Project-based (trial), subject to probationary and regular employment based on performance.

JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Executive Assistant to support our Board of Directors. The ideal candidate will be adept at creating compelling business proposals, possess a design background, and have a sales-minded approach. This role requires exceptional multitasking abilities, punctuality, responsiveness, and the capability to manage multiple calendars for both the CEO and COO.

The candidate should be confident, well-dressed, digitally savvy, and possess excellent communication skills. Strong research and analytical skills are essential, as well as the flexibility to manage tasks with varying schedules. The candidate must be able to attend face-to-face meetings in Metro Manila and work independently without the need for quality assurance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

➤ Business Proposals: Create compelling and persuasive business proposals that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
➤ Design: Utilize design skills to enhance the visual appeal of presentations, proposals, infographics, and other documents.
➤ Sales-Minded: Support executive sales initiatives and contribute to the development of strategies as required by the Board of Directors.
➤ Multitasking: Efficiently manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and logical prioritization.
➤ Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage the calendars of the CEO and COO, scheduling live/virtual meetings, appointments, reminders, and events.
➤ Punctuality: Ensure all tasks and appointments are managed and attended with precision and punctuality.
➤ Communication: Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, facilitating clear and effective interactions with internal and external stakeholders, both local and offshore.
➤ Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research and provide insightful analysis to support decision-making processes.
➤ Flexibility: Adapt to changing schedules and priorities, demonstrating flexibility and resourcefulness.
➤ Meeting Attendance: Attend face-to-face meetings in Metro Manila, representing the company professionally.
➤ Independence: Work independently with minimal supervision, delivering high-quality work without the need for quality assurance.
➤ Presentation Creation: Develop PowerPoint or Slide presentations as required.
➤ Presentation Skills: Confidently create and deliver presentations to various stakeholders.
➤ Offshore Communication: Confidently communicate with offshore principals and stakeholders.
➤ Report Creation: Generate detailed reports using Excel or Sheets.
➤ Process Mapping: Map out processes to improve efficiency and clarity.
➤ Any other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

MUST HAVE

➤ Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
➤ At least 2-4 years of relevant experience in an Executive Assistant or similar role.
➤ Strong background in creating business proposals and presentations.
➤ Strong design skills with proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.
➤ Sales-oriented mindset with a proven track record of supporting sales initiatives.
➤ Exceptional multitasking and organizational abilities.
➤ Proficiency in managing multiple calendars and scheduling.
➤ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (English and Tagalog).
➤ Strong research and analytical skills.
➤ Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
➤ Professional appearance and demeanor.
➤ Digital proficiency, including familiarity with office software and digital communication tools.
➤ Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities.
➤ A go-getter who is highly organized and being detail-oriented is a plus.
➤ A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
➤ Proactive and doesn’t wait to be told.
➤ Mature, reliable, and has a high sense of accountability and integrity at work.
➤ Amenable to starting ASAP and can work some night shifts (if necessary).
➤ Must be based within Metro Manila and can attend face-to-face meetings (primarily WFH arrangement).
