We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Executive Assistant to support our Board of Directors. The ideal candidate will be adept at creating compelling business proposals, possess a design background, and have a sales-minded approach. This role requires exceptional multitasking abilities, punctuality, responsiveness, and the capability to manage multiple calendars for both the CEO and COO.
The candidate should be confident, well-dressed, digitally savvy, and possess excellent communication skills. Strong research and analytical skills are essential, as well as the flexibility to manage tasks with varying schedules. The candidate must be able to attend face-to-face meetings in Metro Manila and work independently without the need for quality assurance.

➤ Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage the calendars of the CEO and COO, scheduling live/virtual meetings, appointments, reminders, and events.

➤ Communication: Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, facilitating clear and effective interactions with internal and external stakeholders, both local and offshore.

➤ Meeting Attendance: Attend face-to-face meetings in Metro Manila, representing the company professionally.

➤ Presentation Creation: Develop PowerPoint or Slide presentations as required.
➤ Presentation Skills: Confidently create and deliver presentations to various stakeholders.
➤ Offshore Communication: Confidently communicate with offshore principals and stakeholders.
➤ Report Creation: Generate detailed reports using Excel or Sheets.
➤ Process Mapping: Map out processes to improve efficiency and clarity.
➤ Any other duties as assigned.
➤ Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
➤ At least 2-4 years of relevant experience in an Executive Assistant or similar role.
➤ Strong background in creating business proposals and presentations.
➤ Strong design skills with proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.
➤ Sales-oriented mindset with a proven track record of supporting sales initiatives.
➤ Exceptional multitasking and organizational abilities.
➤ Proficiency in managing multiple calendars and scheduling.
➤ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (English and Tagalog).
➤ Strong research and analytical skills.
➤ Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
➤ Professional appearance and demeanor.
➤ Digital proficiency, including familiarity with office software and digital communication tools.
