OBJECTIVE
We’re offering an opportunity for freelance recruiters who are passionate about sourcing talent and building strong candidate networks across Tech, IT, Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
YOUR ROLE
As a Recruiter, you will:
➤ Endorse a sufficient number of candidates to meet the requirements specified by the TA Head.
➤ Ensure that candidates meet the qualifications and are accurately represented.
➤ Maintain regular communication with the company, providing updates on candidate status and progress.
➤ Endorse and fulfill requirements promptly.
➤ Organize your schedule to ensure timely delivery within agreed timelines.
➤ Maintain an ATS for tracking candidate application statuses.
➤ Provide timely updates to candidates, build strong working relationships, and ensure active communication, engagement, and commitment.
➤ Understand both negotiable and non-negotiable position requirements and candidate profiles.
➤ Manage job postings on social media accounts to expand the talent pipeline.
ABOUT YOU
➤ Relevant experience in sourcing, recruitment, and candidate selection.
➤ Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify suitable candidates through paper screening.
➤ Capability to conduct initial basic interviews to shortlist qualified candidates for endorsement.
➤ Professional work ethic with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
➤ Ability to communicate effectively, preferably through email and Skype.
➤ Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
➤ Open to a commission-based compensation structure.
➤ Effective time management skills are highly advantageous.
➤ Ability to manage your schedule to meet the target start dates for roles to be filled.
➤ The position is fully remote. A PC/Laptop with at least an i3 Core processor, 8GB – 16GB of RAM, and a stable internet connection is required.
COMPENSATION
