We are looking for a SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE responsible for managing the sales pipeline, identifying potential clients through all channels (phone and email), reaching out via phone, and booking an appointment for the business development manager to close. If you enjoy talking to people and are interested in sales, this position is for you.

➤ Take the initiative to learn about the company and grow within the role
➤ Managing leads through the sales pipeline by setting appointments, following up on leads, and tracking progress toward meeting sales goals.
➤ Takes the third and succeeding waves to send email to potential prospects and create business opportunities
➤ Book discovery calls, and sales demos, endorse to the Business Development Manager for closing
➤ Handle incoming phone calls and make outbound calls
➤ Set appointments and follow up on leads
➤ Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets
➤ Develop and distribute reports of each day’s appointments
➤ Use Google Office Suite and HubSpot to manage various aspects of the job
➤ Demonstrate a pleasant disposition with each prospect
➤ Properly explain the products and services to prospective customers when making appointments
➤ Complete required call sheets at the end of each day
➤ Comfortable in IT solutions selling
➤ At least 2-3 years of experience performing Outbound Sales, Appointment Setting, Sales Development, or any related field
➤ Proven track record of achievements in handling appointment setting, cold calling, outbound calls, and sales development yielding results in achieving sales targets
➤ Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
➤ Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
➤ Exhibit strong and excellent communication and coordination skills
➤ Must be able to work independently using Google Office Suite and HubSpot
➤ Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision
➤ Ability to close the sale is a huge advantage
➤ A positive and enthusiastic attitude
➤ A pleasant speaking voice when engaging with prospects and clients
➤ Experience and willingness to work in a team environment
➤ Excellent organizational skills
➤ Mature, reliable, and has a high sense of accountability and integrity at work
➤ Ability to work on the graveyard shift, full time, Monday through Friday
