Appointment Setter

We are looking for an Appointment Setter to join our team in one of our exciting appointment setter online jobs. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, reaching out via phone, and scheduling appointments for the business development manager to close. If you enjoy talking to people and are interested in sales, this position is for you.

Responsibilities

Ensure each prospect has a positive experience with our company
Take the initiative to learn about the company and grow within the role
Prioritize which appointments take priority over others to maximize revenue
Handle incoming phone calls and make outbound calls
Develop and distribute reports of each day’s appointments
Utilize Google Office Suite and HubSpot to manage various job aspects
Demonstrate a pleasant disposition with each prospect
Properly explain the products and services to prospective customers when making appointments
Complete required call sheets at the end of each day
Comfortable in IT solutions selling

Qualifications

At least 2 years experience in Appointment Setting in the field of sales
Proven track record of achievements in handling appointment setting yielding results in achieving sales targets
Exhibit excellent communication and coordination skills
Must be able to work independently using Google Office Suite and HubSpot
Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision
Ability to work on the graveyard shift, full time, Monday through Friday
A positive and enthusiastic attitude
A pleasant speaking voice when engaging with prospects and clients
Experience and willingness to work in a team environment
Excellent organizational skills
Mature, reliable, and has a high sense of accountability and integrity at work
Amenable to start ASAP
