Digital Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage third-party vendor performance and delivery for the digital product manager position.

  • Generate data analytics reports using tools like Google Analytics and relevant
    platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with IT standards.

Platform 1: Digital Media Platform

  • Manage uploads from staging to production and ensure proper display on
    channels.
  • Oversee plugin and theme updates, identify new developments, and provide
    best-practice recommendations.
  • Analyze success metrics and produce data reports from Google Analytics and
    Flipsnack.

Platform 2: Website Rebuild

  • Oversee vendor performance for the website rebuild, focusing on user-centric
    design and best practices.
  • Analyze user behavior and preferences to inform website improvements.
  • Provide technical advice on the latest trends and best practices for the digital product manager position.
  • Analyze success metrics and produce data reports from Google Analytics and
    WordPress.
  • Manage back-end approval of comments, reactions, messages, and forum
    interactions.

Platform-Specific Responsibilities

Corporate Website

  • Oversee article uploads from staging to production and ensure proper display on channels.
  • Ensure domain registration and web hosting are up to date.

Company App

  • Oversee content uploads from staging to production and ensure proper display
    within the app.
  • Assist with the rollout of the app to different business units and provide technical support.
  • Analyse success metrics and produce data reports from Google Analytics, app analytics, and WordPress.
