Offer: Employment will start on a trial project base for 1st Month at Php 30,000/Month. Subject to probationary employment upon passing the first month based on performance with an offer of up to a gross salary of Php 50,000 + Employee benefits eligibility

Job Overview

We are looking for an IT PROJECT MANAGER responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing a company or client’s technical projects.

The main duties include coordinating production releases and roll-outs, delegating tasks to the necessary employees, and presenting on projects’ progress and results. You will oversee all aspects of the projects in the company including managing a team of employees to ensure projects are completed on time and within their specified budgets.

Responsibilities

  • Setting project goals and coming up with plans to meet those goals
  • Maintaining project timeframes, budgeting estimates, and status reports
  • Managing resources for projects, such as computer equipment and employees
  • Coordinating project team members and developing schedules and individual responsibilities
  • Implementing IT strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget
  • Using project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence
  • Conducting risk assessments for projects
  • Organizing meetings to discuss project goals and progress

Qualifications

  • At least 2+ years of experience performing Project Management role in an IT work environment
  • Comfortable working with offshore clients managing multiple tasks
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with team members and management and explain technical issues
  • Advanced computer skills and in-depth knowledge of different operating systems, network administration, IT, software solutions, and service desk administration
  • Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices
  • Project management and leadership skills for managing projects and the teams involved with them
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to handle any issues that occur during project completion
  • Organization and time management skills to keep projects on track and within budget
  • Excellent resource planning and task scheduling skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Mature, reliable, and has a high sense of accountability and integrity at work
  • Flexible to work on any shift, Monday through Friday
  • Amenable to start ASAP
